What’s My Yoga Story
I began the teacher training course in 2022 for personal development and fell in love with the practice and philosophy and became a teacher.
Since then, learning and teaching yoga has changed my life for the better. Yoga gave me the opportunity to go in and become acquainted with my mind, developing a deeper understanding of myself and my experiences. I continue to always be a student of yoga, reading books on the subject regularly and practicing mindfully.

In both styles I use the breath as a starting point with a short meditation, deep breathing techniques and a focus on alignment, strength and flexibility. Every week offers a different sequence and theme to keep the practice engaging and fresh.
I try to make everyone feel welcome in my classes by providing different variations as we are all on our different journey with yoga. I combine both the philosophy and physical practice of yoga in my classes so everyone walks out feeling physically fit, but also more aware and connected with themselves.
The energy I bring to the class and create
for my students is nurturing, calming and encouraging. I ask all my students to connect, feel their breath, their heart and get to know themselves.
